2. Product/Licensed Material on offer
While Higher Education pricing is based on the new ‘flipped model’ pilot, the Further
Education pricing element will be based on an annual fixed fee of £100 per annum.
Springer is offering Further Education institutions an access only model (no access rights
after cancellation).
The title list will comprise all titles published by Springer, as in the current Option 1, and
will include all transfer and new start titles with the exception of any major Springer
acquisitions.
This is an HE in FE agreement, as content is relevant to Higher Education users within
Further Education institutions.

Payment process:
Jisc Collections will invoice institutions the fee calculated as described in section 2

Institutions will make electronic acceptance of its licence.

5. Order, Payment and Contact Information:
How to Order and Pay: All orders should be placed via the Jisc Collections website,
in order to confirm the order and accept the terms of the licence electronically. Jisc
Collections will issue a request for payment.
No transaction charge applies for Further Education
VAT: VAT at the relevant rate in accordance with government policy will be applied to
the Licence Fee(s)/Charges.
