Chetan Patel: Head, Coaching & Mentoring is a Master of Technology (M. Tech) from SardarVallabhbhai
National Institute of Technology (SVNIT) and Expert in Teaching. Apart from an M. Tech in Electrical, he has also
obtained a PGDBA in Operations from Symbiosis, Pune. He worked with Essar Steel Ltd for 8 years. Among others,
he has coached doctors, engineers and MBA students. He has also carried out activities for social causes in general
and for efficiency improvement in children in particular. His fields of interest are student psychology, skill
development, and goal setting. He has published a paper in a famous national journal of Central Power Research
Institute (Paper no 4, Volume 7, Issue 19, which can be accessed at http://www.cpri.in/journals.html) and bagged a
Gold Medal QCFI at Baroda for the state level quality control (QC) competition. He presented a paper at Surat and
another at Delhi, both national level conferences.
Management Team:
Yashkaka (General Manager) is an Arts graduate in Guajarati. He is a writer and mentor. He has been associated
with Yash knowledge House since last 3 years; He has written books on village culture and positive thinking. He
possesses good managerial skills. He is a person with great passion towards learning and cultivating children.
Dimple Patel (Writing Skill Developers) has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Veer Narmad South Gujrat Univeristy,
with a major in Economics. She runs “Akshar Sudharna Abhiyan” and served as writing skill developer in Gujarati and
English fonts. She possesses the necessary skills and capabilities to step into the post successfully. She is selfmotivated and highly committed to her profession. She likes traveling and exploring new places. She is a very
sociable person who lives life to the fullest. She is a president of Eklavya Saheli group.
Manoj Vyas (Assistant Manager & Language Teacher) is an Arts graduate with a postgraduate degree in
Guajarati. Currently he is pursuing B. Ed from Gujarat University. He has been associated with Eklavya Group since
2 years; He has 18 years of teaching experience and working with varied age groups and under different academic
positions. He possesses good managerial skills. He is a voracious reader and a person with great passion towards
learning, Music and travelling.
Sweta Shukla (Admin & Spoken English Teacher) is a Commerce student. Currently she is pursuing B.B.A. from
North Eastern Hills University also pursuing Master Diploma in English from MOEC. She has been associated with
Eklavya Group since 1 year; she works on student’s expression ability and learning styles. She is a person with great
passion towards reading, Sports and travelling. She has won gold medal for Basket ball tournament in 2013. She has
attended motivation programs by APJ Abdul Kalam and Sneh Desai. She likes to take up new challenges in life.
Vaishali Prajapati (Admin) is an Arts student. Currently she is pursuing B. A. from Veer Narmad South Gujarat
University. She has been a part of Fountainhead School since 2014. She has experience of teaching in early years
as well as primary years. She truly believes & practices the philosophy of the Eklavya Coaching Classes. She enjoys
teaching & is passionate about learning new things. She likes dancing, listening to music & watching movies.
Nikunj Sangani (Marketing Manager) Presently he is pursuing BBA from Veer Narmad South Gujrat University. He
has a marketing experience of more than 2 years. Currently he is an examiner for commerce. He has attended
personality development workshop and motivational seminars. He likes travelling and he is a fun loving person.
