Educated in Singapore and Australia, Lim Choon Jin brings together the elements of Western and Eastern art influence into his creations. Through his observations and keen insight, traditional Chinese landscape paintings of “山水” take on new forms and contemporary appearances. Lim considers first and foremost, observations as the basic and essential resource for knowledge and subsequently personal reflection as the key foundation for handling art creation. With this unique mindset, Lim Choon Jin presents us with a landscape painting experience with his distinct flair.
