Departmental Service - Program Leadership
Under the umbrella of the Department of Educational Leadership is the Institute
for School Leadership and Administration (ISLA). I serve as an assistant director
within that program with responsibilities for the direction of the Catholic School
Leadership Academy (CSLA). The duties of this position include recruitment and
selection of students, curriculum design, the recruitment and supervision of
adjunct professors, participation in the program implementation of ISLA, faculty
support to the Center for Catholic Education (CCE), and assisting the Dean in
representing the School of Education in matters regarding Catholic PK-12 school
leadership.
