Saturday June 6th is the Annual Street Fair
It is also the Spring Arts Festival
The annual Street Fair, hosted by the Needham Business Association and
the Town, will be held on Saturday June 6th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. As
in the past, the Town Common will host numerous businesses and
organizations, local food vendors, and entertainment on the Town Hall steps.
New this year is the first annual Spring Arts Festival inside Town Hall in
Powers Hall. Twenty-four Needham artists and artisans will be displaying
and selling various genre of art from painting to pottery to jewelry. In the
hallway adjacent to Powers Hall hang representative works from very
talented Needham High School senior artists. And the Needham Art
Association will be kicking off the Festival on the Common with art from its
members on display in its booth.

There will also be musical performances in Powers Hall to augment the
gallery of art on display and for sale. Performing acoustical guitar at 10:30
a.m. is Hunter Fellman-Greene. Performing popular soft rock is Needham’s
own light rock cover band Jam Sandwich from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
