My Learning Plan
As we seek to improve professional growth and development opportunities for all faculty and
staff, it is important for us to be able to gauge our progress along this journey. Therefore, all
professional development opportunities must be processed via “My Learning Plan”. My
Learning Plan Inc. features a flexible online system designed for fast and easy planning,
management and reporting of professional development offerings to support focused educator
growth, resulting in effective classroom instruction and improved student achievement.
On My Learning Plan, CV Staff may view and register for professional development offerings
that are available through Conestoga Valley School District and/or the IU13 by clicking on the
“District Catalog” or “IU13 Catalog”. Staff members are also able to review their participation
history. Administrators approve pending registrations online.
Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13 (IU 13) is an education service agency dedicated to
delivering irresistible services and programs to school districts and communities across the state.
IU 13 is a leader in recognizing the needs of schools and in implementing programs to meet
those needs, with a core compelling purpose to improve student learning. IU 13 serves the 22
public school districts in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties, as well as students in nonpublic
schools, preschools, and adult education.
A “Professional Collaboration Day” form is also available on My Learning Plan. This form is
used to propose an activity for the District Catalog. Once added, you must register yourself for
the activity if you plan to attend.
In My Learning Plan under the “LearningPlan” tab and the “Fill-In Forms” section there is an
option for staff to submit a “Special Workshop Request Form.” This form allows staff to submit
workshop requests for activities that may not be provided by CV, the IU or other providers listed
in MLP. This provides great flexibility and differentiation for staff members to learn and develop
on their own. With the district’s willingness for individualized professional development, staff
members are able to receive the customized professional development that they truly need to
reach their fullest potential.
