COO/SS/R15-16/01 The Sci-Bono Discovery Centre is an independent Section 21 company set up by the Gauteng Department of Education. It is a flagship science centre located in Newtown, Johannesburg. Sci-Bono’s goal is to promote interest in and enjoyment of all aspects of mathematics, science and technology by offering learners, educators and the general public the opportunity to engage with its collection of hands on exhibits and displays, and to participate in a wide variety of educational activities and programmes.
