Kuldeep Sharma
A Dairy Technologist from NDRI Karnal and an MBA with specialization in Marketing and
Finance. He founded Suruchi Consultants in 1990. He completed his certificate course in
Participatory Research and Participatory Evaluation from PRIA in affiliation with Victoria
University Canada. He is also a lead auditor in HACCP and ISO 22000 from Tuv Sud South
Asia. He has authored Dairy Industry vision 2020 and 2030 document and currently working
on Report card Indian dairy industry 2015.Currently he is imparting Entrepreneurship
development training to budding entrepreneurs in the field of dairy processing sector at his
own Entrepreneurship and Technology Development Centre at Noida. His dream is to
convert Suruchi Consultants into a virtual incubator for all budding entrepreneurs . He is
also associated with CBI ( Center for promotion of imports from developing countries
,Government of Netherlands )for capacity building of SMEs to export to EU countries.
Recently he has completed a Value chain research in Juices, Fruits, Textiles and garments
and Cumin seeds on regional trade development for SAARC Trade Promotion Network, GIZ
and CBI as a lead coordinator.
Mr P.N. Wali
A Masters in Dairy Technology from NDRI, P.N. Wali joined Suruchi in 2010, leading various
consulting assignments. He has Thirty-five years management experience at various levels in
the dairy- processing industry with comprehensive ability and experience in revitalising
unprofitable industrial units into hallmarks of corporate profitability. Prior joining Suruchi
consultants he has worked as MD Alwar Dairy and at various organisational levels with DMS,
RCDF. With concrete knowledge of Dairy processing and operations P.N. Wali makes a
central pillar of dairy processing consultation group at Suruchi.
Dr. Sajeev Kumar (BVSc & AH and MBA)
A BVSc & AH and MBA in Dairy farm business management, Dr. Sajeev joined Suruchi in
2013 as a consultant undertaking research and consulting assignments in Dairy farming. He
has seventeen plus years’ experience in the animal husbandry field as Veterinary Surgeon,
Vocational Lecturer in livestock Management, Senior Manager ( Tech ) ,Dairy Manager,
General Manager ( Animal Husbandry ). His interests lie in understanding the client needs in
highly evolving vertical of dairy i.e dairy farming and optimising the solution to fit a
sustainable and scalable business model. He is a qualitative veterinarian with national and
international experience in 30000+ cattle dairy farm and has built deep understanding of
animal behaviour and nitrition. He has developed innovative approaches in designing cattle
sheds and barns, adapting to Indian conditions. Dr Sajeev is currently heading the Dairy
farming and veterinary extension consultation division of Suruchi.
Prashant Tripathi
A Masters in Food Engineering, Prashant joined Suruchi in 2013 as Asst Advisor research and
training. He is currently working on spectrum of projects ranging from Sensory analysis,
NPD, Milk route analysis, Setup of VLCC, BMC, optimisation and initiation of these centres
and training and mobilisation of VLCC and BMC staff. He is also acting as Program
coordinator for Diploma in Dairy technology at Academy of Dairy Skills Development
(ADSkiD) a Suruchi initiative and a recognised IGNOU study centre. He is also part of “Indian
dairy report card 2015” research and analysis team.
