I/We, give consent for employees or any other representative of Snowdonia Farms to seek medical attention for any injury or accident to my child during camp. I/We
will not hold Snowdonia Farms, Jayne Lloyd, Jennifer Poulson, Lori Gibson, Jessica Little or any of its employees, representatives , contractors , friends or animals
liable for any incident, accident, bodily injury, or death that occurs to me/us/my child/relative/friend/personal property during any Snowdonia Farms or family function
located on location. I/We do understand the inherent risk involved with horses, other farm animals and horseback riding. Snowdonia Farms does not provide accident
or health insurance.
WARNING: UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE). AN EQUINE
PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE INJURY TO OR DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE
ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISK OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES. This law also states that the
professional is not liable for the inherent risk of being on a farm and other farm related activities.
I/we understand that the camper must wear pants, riding boots and an approved helmet to participate in equine activities, including riding but not limited to. Helmets
may be borrowed but it is best for campers to own their own helmets (no Bicycle Helmets).I/we understand that pictures and videos of my child can be used on
Snowdonia Farms website or for other advertising purposes. I/we have read, understand and will comply with all Snowdonia Farms policies and laws.
