Responsibilities

Acquire, deepen and maintain relationships with clients throughout the financial planning
process.

Evaluate the client’s financial situation and identify investment objectives and financial
goals through a comprehensive and customized financial planning process.

Recommend appropriate solutions and monitor portfolios for economic changes and
adjustments in the client’s needs, objectives and goals.
Plus let’s not forget we actually need to carry it out which you’d orchestrate the process from
start to finish. Sounds easy, but it takes a lot of work and responsibility to actually achieve.

your success at SCA. One trait worth singling out is Goal Driven. Yep. Goals. Big or small, it
doesn’t matter. If you have goals you’d like to achieve in life, one of them should include
professional advancement.
Qualified individuals will have a Series 7 and 63, Life and Health License for Minnesota and/or
Wisconsin, Series 65 and/or 66 licenses preferred, at least two years of financial services
experience, excellent communication and organizational skills and financial planning experience
is required.
Bonus areas of experience included ChFc or CFP® designation, eMoney and Schwab’s
investment platform. It should go without saying…no criminal history and a good credit history.
