The Kutztown Rotary Club is excited to announce the 6th annual Taste of
Kutztown taking place on Saturday, June 6th, 2015 from 12-5pm. TOK is growing
annually with the event having a 66% increase in ticket sales in 2014. As an effort
to grow this event and to make participation mutually beneficial for our club and
the participating vendors we have adjusted the structure and logistics of this
event while maintaining the diverse showcase of wines, brews, eateries, and
artisans our patrons have grown to expect.
The event theme will feature “Wine with the Brews in the Park”. 2015’s TOK
location has been MOVED to the Kutztown Park “to beat the heat of the street”!
Along with this location change is a top-notch line up of local music artists.
Your support is an essential aspect of the continued success and work of The
Rotary Club of Kutztown and we hope you will help us further our efforts by
being a sponsor of the 2015 Taste of Kutztown.
For more than a century, Rotarians have been volunteering in communities at
home and abroad to provide clean water, improve health, and promote
international understanding. We’ve helped reduce the incidence of polio
worldwide by more than 99 percent and have awarded scholarships to over
40,000 students. We are dedicated to maintaining and expanding our ability to
support others with the hope of doubling the funds raised at this year’s Taste of
Kutztown event. Money raised from The Taste of Kutztown is given directly to
community organizations and projects both near and far. 2014 proceeds were
proudly donated to local Scouting troops, Kutztown Community Partnership,
The Potato Project at http://ihartharvest.dyndns.org/ and to the Rotary
International Dam Building Project in India. In order to keep costs low and the
distribution of funds to community organizations high, we need your support!
