現代新興資訊科技擁有極佳的溝通效能,能增進人際間的互動與了解。
摘要 電腦溝通工具種類繁多、功能各異,跨國企業如何選擇適當的資訊溝通
工具做為跨國虛擬團隊溝通媒介;以及團隊成員的文化差異是否影響團

隊互動及團隊績效,成為本研究關注的重點。 本研究以溝通科技與文化
差異為主要變項,以團隊互動與團隊績效為因變項,探索溝通媒介對跨
國虛擬團隊的之影響。本研究以台商企業為研究對象,先訪談五家個案
公司蒐集個案公司的實務上的結果,然後再透過問卷調查方法,於 2012
年 1 月對台商企業進行電話訪問,共蒐集了 792 份有效問卷。 本研究有
以下四點研究成果與發現: 1、跨國虛擬團隊的團隊績效主要受到團隊互
動中的組織溝通、凝聚力、信任、衝突及相互支持等因素的影響。而溝
通媒介特性中的「存取便利性」、「資訊豐富性」、「回饋速度」對跨
國虛擬團隊的「團隊互動」有顯著的正向影響。另外,跨國虛擬團隊的
團隊互動成效也深深受到各國文化差異的影響。因此,本研究提出以溝
通媒介與文化差異為主要影響因素的跨國虛擬團隊的溝通媒介 IPO 團隊
績效模式,來說明台商企業跨國虛擬團隊的溝通媒介使用模式。 2、台商
企業在溝通媒介的選擇上,應首重溝通工具的「存取便利性」。台商企
業在會議中使用的是電話會議、網路會議(Netmeeting)、即時通訊(MSN)。
其次強調「回饋速度」,在平時連繫與訊息分享上,電子郵件被使用的
很多。 3、台商企業均認為文化差異會影響團隊績效,歸納出「權力距
離」、「個人主義」、「剛毅性作風」、「不確定避免」等因素對團隊
互動存有顯著影響。虛擬團隊領導人應謀求降低這些差異對團隊互動不
利的影響。 4、本研究發現,跨國虛擬團隊的團隊績效主要受到團隊互動
的影響,團隊互動又受到溝通媒介與文化差異的影響。此發現可供台商
跨國虛擬團隊領導者績效改善之參考。
The emergence of virtual team has been caused by the globalization of the world
economy. Multinational corporations carry out communication with their customers
and employees in different nation, language, time zone, and geography that cause
the formation of global virtual team (GVT). However, GVTs encounter many
management and cultural challenges as well. This study explores the approach of
improving the performance of a global team management practice. The study

followed: 1、Factors of communication media, cultural diversity and team
interaction, have positive effect on team performance. 2、Communication media,
access convenient, information richness, feedback speed, and anonymous are the
four major factors of communication media constructs. The access convenience is
the most important factor affect the team interaction, however, the anonymous is
not significance. 3、The construct of cultural diversity, the individualism, power
distance, masculinity, and uncertain avoidance are the four major factors to affect
team interaction.
