A) Plan for a main room that can hold all of the attendees

B) Will need to post event information, blog entries, session suggestions, sponsor logos,
and post-event information

4) Setup coffee and breakfast
5) Setup some music in the morning before sessions if there is a sound system. Bring
iPhone/iPod and connectors.
6) Post hashtags (#citycamp and #ccco)) and flickr e-mail on a whiteboard visible by everyone
7) Put post-it notes on board with suggested topics and break-out areas
8) Put markers and post-its out for attendees to suggest more sessions (and vote)
9) Get PPT and video stuff setup for Ignite

Setup video cameras to record welcoming, Ignite sessions, recap sessions, and closing
keynote

 Purpose
1. Local government
 Four main goals:
1. Bring together local government officials, municipal employees, experts,
programmers, designers, citizens and journalists to share perspectives and insights
about the cities in which they live
2. Create and maintain patterns for using the Web to facilitate local government
transparency and effective local governance
3. Foster communities of practice and advocacy on the role of the Web, mobile
communication, online information, and open data in cities
4. Create outcomes that participants will act upon after the event is over
