Here is what individuals who have been KyCPE examiners say…
“Being a KYCPE examiner was one of the most challenging activities I
have taken on professionally. The comment writing experience has
strengthened my communication within my own evaluation activities
in my current job. This experience also exposed me to criteria and
processes that I know will be beneficial "tools" in operations and that I
will use well into the future. The exposure to new ideas and development
and improvement of professional skills was well worth the time invested
as a volunteer in training and as an examiner." “New KYCPE Examiner “
"Using the Criteria for Performance excellence has allowed me to
refocus and better align my work. It has totally shifted my thinking
to be more systematic and systemic in how I approach my work,
accomplish goals, and stay focused on results. You simply can't put a
dollar amount on the knowledge and understanding I have gained
through this work!!" “Experienced KYCPE Examiner”
