Weather is described by factors such as high temperature, low temperature, chance of rain, wind conditions, and cloud cover. There are other weather factors, but these are the five most useful. Answer: Weather Forecast A weather forecast is a prediction of what the weather will be like on a certain day in the near future. To make these guesses meteorologist use technology and data to make their best possible guess. It is important to remember though that it is only a guess and the forecast could turn out to be wrong. Because weather is incredibly hard to predict, weather forecast usually only extend to 10 days in the future. This is what they call a 10day forecast. Forecast that are less far off in the future. The farther the forecast is in the future the less likely it is to be accurate. Answer: Weather Factors Weather forecasts usually provide the following information. High Temperature Low Temperature Chance of Rain Wind Conditions Cloud Cover High and Low Temperature Temperature of the weather describes how warm and how cold it is likely to get. Temperature is therefore described with both a high and low temperature. The high temperature is how hot it will get during the day. The low temperature is the coldest it will get at night. 1. The higher the percentage the more likely it will rain in that area. Rain or snow is sometimes called precipitation.
