Quality Assurance Criteria
ONE Lancashire believes that frontline services must be able to have confidence in the infrastructure
organisations that support them. Because we believe that quality of service delivery is so important, we
have made meeting our Quality Assurance Criteria an integral part of the ONE Lancashire Limited
Membership application process.
The Criteria gives ONE Lancashire confidence that the infrastructure organisations we commend to
frontline organisations will provide a high quality service based on best practice for the sector.
The Application form is designed to be user-friendly, quick to complete, yet at the same time robust. The
scheme will recognise the high quality of service already provided by many Lancashire Infrastructure
organisations.
Please note that if you do not currently hold an externally verified quality standard you can still be a
member of ONE Lancashire Limited provided you meet the rest of the criteria, however, you will not be
eligible to take part in joint bidding under ONE Lancashire. If your organisation wishes to gain a quality
standard, ONE Lancashire can signpost you to members who can support you through the process.
What Happens Next
Please send your completed applications by email to communications@onelancashire.org or by post to
ONE Lancashire Limited, Unit G14, Preston Technology Centre, Marsh Lane, Preston, PR1 8UQ
ONE Lancashire will assess your application against the eligibility and quality assurance criteria and will be
in touch shortly.
If your application is successful you will be invoiced for your annual subscription

Eligibility Criteria
You are an infrastructure organisation working in Lancashire
By infrastructure organisation, we mean civil society organisations whose main or only (over 51% of your organisations
delivery) purpose is to support the work of other groups in the voluntary, community and faith sector. This purpose will usually
appear in the governing document of your organisation or will be apparent from the work you have carried out.
