We look forward to working with all of you this year! This packet contains your housing information for
NLC 2014. Please read this document carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Cost Computation Form/NTS Online Booking Form
The cost of your program is based on the type of accommodations you request. A Cost Computation
Form is included in this document and will provide the costs for a single/double/triple/quad, based on a
6 night stay (checking in July 05) We will do our very best to place each student into quad rooms. Please
visit our website for easy access to our FCCLA NLC online booking form.

Once you have submitted the form, NTS will respond within 2 business days with an
invoice/confirmation. This will give you a complete itemization of your expenses with a breakdown for
each room reserved. If you are going to have roommates from another school, please put their names
in parenthesis. This will prevent an error in calculating your program cost. To give you an example, click
on Room One. This would be your room. If you want a single, insert your name, gender, shirt size…..and
then select SINGLE. If you have made arrangements to share with another Adviser, put his/her name in
parenthesis and then select DOUBLE. You would be invoiced for ½ double. For your students, click on
ADD A ROOM, enter the names of your students that will share that room, and then select QUAD. If you
have already found roommates for your students, put their names in parenthesis. Please let us know if
you have any questions about this process. You can have up to 10 rooms on a single NTS Online Booking
Form. If you need more than 10 rooms, you’ll need to submit an extra NTS Online Booking Form for the
extra rooms.
Payments & Deadlines
All booking forms MUST be submitted by April 21.
A $200 per person deposit is due by April 28
All money is due by June 01
NOTE: A Purchase Order is accepted as a guarantee of payment. However, the actual money must be
received by the due date of May 12.
Room Key Distribution
NTS Staff will be on-site to gather your room keys. Please do not check in at the front desk.
You will be able to spot us in hotel lobby. Please send us your estimated time of arrival so
that we can be looking for you. We need this ETA no later than June 16. Send travel
dates to Melissa Thomas by email at mthomas@nationaltravelsystems.com. Normal
check in at the hotel is 3:00pm. If you arrive prior to this time, be prepared to store your
bags and check in later for your rooms. If your room(s) isn’t ready, we’ll ask for your cell
phone number and will call you when your rooms are ready.
