PUBLIC NOTICE There will be a meeting of Churchstanton Parish Council to be held in Churchinford Village Hall on Wednesday 12th March, 2014 at 7.30pm. The press and public have a right to attend and may speak during Public Participation time at the beginning of the meeting. The press and public may be excluded owing to the confidential nature of the business under discussion; this will normally be at the end of the meeting. The first two items are not part of the formal meeting of the Council 1) Public Participation Time (SO 1e & f); 15 minutes in length with each person to speak once only, for no longer than 3 minutes, or shorter, at the discretion of the chairperson. 2) Reports from Neighbourhood Watch; Police; SC Cllr Henley and TDB Cllr Reed.
