Bridal Hair Design
Whether you’re looking for something chic and sophisticated or romantic and soft, our bridal
experts will create the perfect look for your day. Well-versed and trained in all styles and
techniques, no design is out of reach. Your Bridal design includes a complimentary 15 minute
consultation prior to the day of your wedding. We recommend reserving your wedding day
services as soon as possible to ensure availability for your entire party.
Trial run reservations for both hair and make-up services are highly recommended. They allow
our stylists and estheticians to gain a more solid understanding of your complete wedding style.
Trial runs ensure that we have the opportunity to perfect every aspect of your look before your
big day and give you a chance to voice any questions or concerns. We recommend scheduling
your trial run two to four weeks before your wedding day.

Wedding Day Tips
To ensure perfect timing, we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled
reservation time.
Be sure to bring your bridal head piece or any embellishments you wish to incorporate
Wearing a button down shirt will ensure your hair design will not be damaged when
changing.
Please arrive with a clean face using a light moisturizer that morning.
We recommend that you use a product to add volume and body while drying your hair
before your appointment. Your stylist can help you choose the product best suited for
your hair during your trial run.
If your reservation includes a shampoo/blow-dry style, washing your hair prior to arrival
is not necessary.
Nail Services
For the ultimate treatment of your hands and feet, our spa offers services to enhance
your bridal look and assist in relaxation and pampering. These services are recommended the
day before your wedding for best results.
Bridal Manicure and Pedicure

Featuring our romantic Petal line by Zents this stunning service pairing includes a soothing
aromatic soak followed by a smoothing exfoliating scrub. A luxurious massage for legs, feet and
hands will melt away all of your wedding week stresses. Finish with a customized polishing with
your choice of gel or classic polish in either French or solid color with nail art. Our bridal
manicure and pedicure also include a premium bridal beverage.

Hair Color Artistry
Our color experts specialize in advanced and corrective color techniques. Training,
education and keeping up-to-date on modern styles, techniques, and products, allow our
colorists to achieve the ideal result. All formulas are carefully recorded to ensure you receive
consistent results each time. It is recommended that you allow four to six months to work with
conditioning treatments, highlights and all-over color. This will result in the optimal length and
perfect color for your bridal look. A fresh color application the week before your wedding is also
recommended for the most vibrant and rich result.

as on her big day. The following suggested timings and pairings have been designed to help a
bride reach all of her beauty goals for her big day.
30 Days Prior To Wedding Day

Your in salon preparation should begin one month prior to your wedding day. On this day you
will enjoy meeting the team of experts who will create your look on the day of your wedding. A
trial run of both hair and makeup will allow your stylist and esthetician to work with you to
design exactly the look you’ve always dreamed of. At this visit, if you are interested in having
Xtreme Lashes Lash Extensions for your wedding you will also meet with our Xtreme Lashes
expert for a consultation to determine if you are a good candidate for lash extensions.
7 days Prior to Wedding Day

The week before your wedding we suggest that you join us for our completely customizable
Decleor Signature Facial. A week is ideal to ensure your skin is wedding ready! This tailor made
facial can address any skin care concerns you are experiencing and will leave you feeling
refreshed and relaxed as you head into your busy wedding week.
4 days Prior to Wedding Day
Aroma Synergy Massage

Take a moment out of your week to relax with an Aroma Synergy Massage. This full body,
Swedish style massage features incredible aroma therapies, a relaxing steam shower and light
snacks in our relaxation room.
Xtreme Lashes Lash Extension Application

If you choose to have Xtreme Lashes Lash Extensions today will be your application day. Enjoy
stunning, full lashes that will last through your Honeymoon! Our Xtreme Lashes Lash Expert will
work with you to create the perfect lashes for your big day.
* Due to the nature of the bonding elements Lashes cannot be applied any closer to the wedding day
than 4 days prior. A consultation is required prior to scheduling Xtreme Lashes.
Bride’s Rehearsal Day

In preparation for your rehearsal evening this visit will include a luxurious Bridal Manicure and
Pedicure, a beautiful shampoo blow dry and style from one of our talented stylists and a
Signature Makeup Application with one of our Estheticians.
Bride’s Wedding Day

With all the preparation complete and everything ready for your walk down the aisle, join us
the morning of your wedding for your exquisite hair and makeup designs. Refreshments will be
served in our Bridal Seating Area for you and your bridal party. Seamless services will leave you
relaxed and ready to say “I do.”
Groom’s Day

The groom needs special attention, too! Enjoy a relaxation day for men, starting with a private
aromatherapy steam followed by our Signature Massage. Relax during our Deep Cleansing
Facial and Classic Pedicure and Manicure with nail buffing. Finish your day with a personally
designed haircut and styling. A complimentary lunch is provided.
The Mother’s Preparation
After all the love and support they’ve put into the big day, Mothers of the Bride and Groom
deserve a little pampering too. Our two part Mother’s Preparation package includes options for
the rehearsal day as well as wedding day.
Rehearsal Day

Enjoy a relaxing Aroma Synergy massage followed by our perfect Gel Manicure and Pedicure.
Finish with a beautiful shampoo blowdry and style that will leave her polished and ready for the
rehearsal.
Wedding Day

To ensure she is ready for her walk down the aisle, Mom will enjoy the choice of a Wedding
Shampoo Blow Dry and Style or an Updo as well as a Customized Makeup Application.
Bachelorette’s Day Out

A fun, relaxing day for your favorite girls starts out with a warm steam and Aroma Synergy
Massage, followed by a Signature Manicure and Pedicure. Light refreshments are served in our
quiet room.
Spa Service Health
Any information regarding your personal health can help us accommodate you, and customize
our services accordingly. Some examples include: if you have high blood pressure or a heart
condition, it may be best to avoid body wraps or any services that involve heat or
detoxification. If you have varicose veins, avoid body scrubs to those areas and if you are
allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed.
Agreement and Payment
We have enclosed our bridal agreement. In order to hold your reservation, we require a 50%
deposit of your total service amount. If these services are cancelled at least sixty (60) days prior
to your wedding date, we will refund your deposit less 10%. Cancellations after sixty (60) days
will not be refunded. All changes to your contract need to be made two weeks in advance. For
your convenience, the remaining balance and 20% gratuity (in check or cash form) is due two
weeks minimum prior to your wedding day.
