Abstract:
Kiosk Management System is the online service that can be used in Reservation Centre’s which
allows users to reserve various facilities.
A computer reservations system (CRS) is a computerized system used to store and retrieve
information and conduct transactions related to travel. Originally designed and operated by
airlines, Hotel, A.P.S.R.T.C, Railways, they were later extended to travel agents as a sales
channel; major CRS operations that book and sell tickets for multiple airlines, Hotel,
A.P.S.R.T.C, and Railway are known as Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
All the above have divested most of their direct holdings to dedicated Global Distribution
System companies, and many systems are now accessible to consumers through Internet
gateways for hotel, rental cars, and other services as well as these tickets.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
Currently, whenever a person wants to travel by air, rtc, railway he has to go to the booking
counter to book or to cancel or to postpone the ticket which was a very tedious task because the
person needs to enquire booking or postponing of the ticket and for that the clerk has to search
all the records present, manually one by one due to which other’s would be waiting for their turn
for a long time.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the existing system, a system has been
developed due to which the person need not spend much time in booking,
canceling the ticket and instead server is built that takes care of every transaction
thereby reducing the burden on customer and the clerk. This System Saves lot of
time.
SCOPE:
To facilitate booking, cancellation of the tickets for travel by flights, R.T.C, Hotel,
and railway operating within or outside the country.

1. User Module:
User first login into valid username and password If Use is not registered then
User will register the details first. After getting registered user will get id and
password with that he will enter the site and starts searching for required time on
the specified date after that he will register the ticket.
2. Hotel Module:
This Project is an Online Hotel Rooms Ticket Booking. It Comprises of
Credentials like User Module. They have various roles and functionalities in the
application like canceling the Ticket.
3. Bus Module:
This Project is an Online bus Ticket Booking. It Comprises of Credentials like
User Module. They have vario0us roles and functionalities in the application like
canceling the Ticket.
4. Railway Module:
This Project is an Online Railway Ticket Booking. It Comprises of Credentials
like User Module. They have various roles and functionalities in the application
