4. Proposed Bylaw and Constitution Changes
Motion #1:
Revise Article 8 - Finances Item c)
From: "c) The fiscal year shall be the one year period ending October 31st."
To: "c) The fiscal year shall be the one year period ending December 31st.”
Motion #2:
Amend Article 6 - Board of Directors to include the following item:
"g) In lieu of an honorarium, members of the Executive will be eligible to have the
registration fees for up to two of the three KASA leagues waived."
