Multi – Skilled Operative Within the Anfield Area
Reporting to: Operations Manager or any Company Director
Direct Reports: none
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40+
Holiday: 5 weeks (20 days) per annum + statutory bank holidays (8)
Core Purpose:
You’re role is to carry out a variety of work on major and minor construction work. To
ensure all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and
safety.
Responsible for
 Work and liaise with the Operations Manager to establish planned and routine maintenance
schedules.
 To work with targets provided by Managers or clients.
 Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and
Safety and other relevant legislation and in-line with Company policies.
 To act at all times as a representative of the company and ensure that the customer is
satisfied.
 Ensure that all customer satisfaction sheets and timesheets are completed thoroughly.
 Any duty that may be properly deemed by the Company Directors or Senior Managers to
be part of the role of Multi-skilled Labourer.
 Tasks include assisting with: carpentry; decorating; tiling; plastering and rendering;
bricklaying; paving; basic plumbing; labouring.
 Competent in the safe use of power tools (disc-cutter, kanger hammer, power drills).
 To complete all types of semi-skilled labouring and environmental groundwork’s both inside
and outside the properties.
 Carry out vehicle checks, required routine maintenance (oil and water etc.) and cleaning.
 Transport goods, equipment and staff as required.
 Assist in loading and unloading of the vehicle and completion of associated paperwork.
 Undertake ancillary duties as appropriate to the type of work
undertaken by the teams
being serviced.
 Undertake duties connected with the removal of household, industrial and commercial
waste and after trades clean ups.
 Assist tradesmen as directed in carrying out their day to day trade/duties.
 Competent in all manual physical skills necessary for general building/labouring duties.
