Plain (Clear)
Plain is the only shade that does not contain mica, therefore it is not truly a shade. It will
make your skin shine but it does not create the glow. It is a clear lotion with the same
conditioning benefits as the shades.

CHOOSING YOUR PRTTY PEAUSHUN SHADE DEPENDS ON DESIRED RESULT
Light, Med, Dark, Deep Dark shades all glow
from jet-milled minerals suspended in a clear shiny luxurious base.

The concealing effect is created by the minerals.

It conceals minor imperfections by reflecting light.

At the same time creating a visual effect that lengthens and slims.

Results come from a sheer, glowing effect.

The camouflaging is further enhanced by the golden tones of the glow, which cancel
out the reds and purples of minor imperfections such as varicose veins, broken
capillaries, bug bites, blemishes, and bruises.

The plant extracts help to heal and/or diminish them.

The minerals are sheer and will not give full coverage.

It will be a sheer even-ing out of skin tone and camouflage.

The shades are very sheer and forgiving.

Wearing a shade darker than your skin tone will give a hint of a tan.

Match your skin tone or deepen it in a subtle sheer “see thru” way.

Go one shade darker for a minimal deepening.

Two shades darker for a more dramatic change.

As a reference, listed below are corresponding foundation shades by MAC Cosmetics:
NW20 to NW25 = Light
NW30 to NW35 = Medium
NW40 to NW45 = Dark
NW50 to NW55 = Deep Dark

But again, it is impossible to make a mistake when choosing a shade because all
shades look great on all skin tones.

A very fair person can wear Deep Dark and have a natural glowing and tan look.

TIP! Dark and Deep Dark are very helpful when legs are much lighter than the upper
body.

Bottom line. The glow in all of the shades is very warm and golden and will compliment
ALL skin tones.
Plain has shine but no glow and is the shiny base for all shades prior to adding minerals

Use it after bathing/showering before bed.

Use it in the winter under clothes to keep skin in top shape all year long.

Use it over the other shades to add more shine without adding more glow.

Use it with your favorite foundation (over, under or mix).

What should my expectations of PP be?

Expect to have gorgeous shimmering skin and a better overall quality to the texture of the
skin.
Is PP like a moisturizing lotion or a self-tanning cream or both?

Prtty Peaushun is NOT a self tanner.

It is very moisturizing.

It is a glowing, shining body lotion that is loaded with plant extracts to…
- Lift, tighten, firm and help with bruising and sore muscles.

The glow is subtle and has the added benefit of diminishing the appearance of…
- cellulite and other minor imperfections
- while defining musculature
- and creating a sexy slimmer silhouette.

All these benefits come from a formula of natural raw ingredients.
Does color wash off or is it semi-permanent?

There is no dye to wash off; it is simply super fine minerals that provide a glowing shade. It
will last until you shower it off but will leave your skin feeling conditioned even after.
Does PP streak on the skin or dye clothing? How should I apply it?

Prtty Peaushun does not contain fragrance or dyes.

It will not streak on the skin or dye clothing.

There is a chance of the glow transferring to clothing if applying heavily and dressing
quickly.

It is mineral, not dye, so it should wash out or wipe off with a baby wipe. Regular laundry
and dry cleaning would work too.

With delicates, please keep in mind that Prtty Peaushun is an oil-based product. It may not
be wise to slather it all over and immediately shimmy into a tight white silk dress.

Apply lightly and let set for a bit before dressing.

Better yet, to be completely safe, apply to exposed areas after dressing and not to inside of
arms (except Plain), if fabric is light and delicate.
How will applying my SPF first affect the consistency of PP?

It’s no problem to apply PP after applying sunscreen.

Just give the sunscreen time to drink in to the skin first, then slather the PP on over.
If using a self tanner first, will that be a problem?

There is no problem with applying PP over a self-tanner. Just let the self tanning product
drink into your skin for about 30 minutes to an hour after that slather on the PP.
Can I use it around the eyes?

Yes. We cannot account for individual allergies, so please do a patch test if concerned. The
formula is 100% natural and is fragrance free.
How often do you use it?

Every day… at least!
Is it animal tested?

Absolutely not! No animal testing and no animal products. Prtty Peaushun is vegan and
approved by PETA.
How much tint is in the product?

Prtty Peaushun is dye free. There is no tint at all. The color comes from the extremely finely
milled natural minerals that create the glowing effect.
Is Prtty Peaushun for the body only or can it be used on the face?

It’s a TOTAL body lotion, and is fabulous on the face as well as the hair!

It can be used as an every day addition to your makeup routine. Bethany starts every
makeup on set with it.

It’s great by itself or as a primer under foundation or mixed with liquid foundation to create
a glowing tinted moisturizer.

Aside from the beautiful subtle glow, it’s loaded with plant extracts to help lift, tighten, and
firm the skin, all in a formula that’s vegan and 100% natural.

You’ll love the look as well as the condition of your skin.
If I get in the pool, will it dissolve in the water and would I have to reapply? How about
sweating?

Prtty Peaushun is not specifically waterproof and may require a reapplication after
swimming.

If you don't towel off it will dry back down if you redistribute with your hand while wet,
but toweling will definitely wipe it off when wet. Either way, your skin will feel nicely
conditioned!

It is not a problem with sweating. Tracy Anderson wears it all the time!

We would also recommend NOT leaving the package in direct sun or in extreme heat.
Because the ingredients are all natural, separation can occur and is natural. Once it comes
back to room temperature it will reconnect with a few shakes. This does not compromise
the integrity of the product or the results in any way.
In a recent blog article I read that some people mix it with their leave-in conditioner and
apply to curly hair, I would like to know, is this ok? I don’t mind if this is unconventional
because I have hair that is frizzy after coloring and breaks like wafers.

Yes, lots of people are using it in the hair and hairdressers are using it for photo shoots.

Experiment to see how it works best for you.

Some people use it alone when they have very curly and or dry hair.

Some mix it with leave in conditioner when the hair is more of a moderate curl.

To tame surface frizz, just a drop blended on the hands and smoothed over the surface of
dry hair will do the trick.

Wondering if I can use this product while pregnant and while breast feeding?

Yes, there are many advantages to using it while pregnant, especially on the bump, to help
the condition of the skin.

It is also good for conditioning the skin after a pregnancy, while your skin is bouncing back.

As you can see from the ingredients below, every one has properties that will offer benefits
throughout the pregnancy.

As for breastfeeding, although 100% natural, to be safe, we wouldn’t apply it to the nipple
or surrounding the areola where the baby may ingest it directly, but as far as wearing it
elsewhere on the body, the natural ingredients do not pose a problem for the baby.

Some women are using Plain on baby’s bottoms!
Are there DHAs or tanners in the product?

No it doesn’t contain DHA’s or tanners.
I am of mixed origin. How do I know which shade to use? I am half black and half white.
Will
the deep be too dark or does it blend no matter what the skin tone?

It’s the tone of the minerals that creates the different shades.

The base is sheer and there are no dyes so it does blend no matter what.

The Dark or Deep Dark will look beautiful on you.
I used to weigh 300 lbs. I have a lot of sagging skin. Will this product help me? Honestly?

To be honest, Prtty Peaushun is magical, but it is not a magic wand.

The formula does contain loads of plant extracts that will help, but will probably not be able
to completely reverse the damage.

We have listed the ingredients below with a breakdown of the beneficial properties they
provide.

We have highlighted the below ingredients that will specifically address elasticity and
sagging.

We might also suggest giving Tracy Anderson’s exercise method a try if you are physically
able and a doctor hasn’t recommended otherwise.

I’m always a bit skeptical about colors and tints for women of color, especially black

Please don’t be skeptical... PP is absolutely stunning on dark skin!

Bethany specifically had dark skin in mind when creating the formula.
It comes in Dark and Deep Dark. (Rihanna had her makeup artist specifically request that
we formulate the Deep Dark.)

There are no dyes in the formula and nothing to make dark skin ashy.

The base is completely sheer with the color coming from very fine minerals in the correct

As for the Plain reducing the appearance of cellulite, yes and no...

Yes the plant extracts will help, but you won’t get the double benefit of the glow to
camouflage.
How many applications can I expect to get from one pack? How long should it last?

The 8oz pack will give you many applications.

Depending on how frequently and how heavily you apply, it could last up to a month.
Does it hide tattoos?

No, it doesn’t cover tattoos; it actually makes the colors brighter and the darks darker.

It also helps to heal a new tattoo quickly (use Plain).

Because Prtty Peaushun is free of dyes, it doesn’t actually cover.
I have oily skin. Will I look too greasy?

It will give your skin a glowing dewy look.

It does contain natural raw oils. We find this to work positively for oily skin from a
homeopathic point of view. Like treats like.

Working hard to clear the skin of oils causes the skin to react by producing more oil to
compensate.

Giving the oils back lets the skin readjust and realign with its natural rhythms.

As the skin calms down, the oil production quiets and levels off.
Will Prtty Peaushun dry and not smudge or streak on my body?

Apply sparingly and it will dry down after a few minutes and will not smudge or streak.

It will wash off with water and drying with a towel.
What is the shelf life?

The shelf life on an unopened pouch is 1 year officially but probably longer in reality.

The shelf life on an open pouch is 8 months.
