Systematic approach undertaken while conducting monthly and
quarterly reviews with respective stakeholders and teams across
operations. Regular interface with individuals for creating more
awareness about the compliance solution that was being
implemented.
Yamini & Harish :
Adorned leadership roles while creating a vision to be compliant
by choice. Assumed responsibility of creating awareness by
informing and urging mid and senior level management of the
compliance program and its utility. Imbibed a tenable culture of

Rajeev Oberoi:
Played as a Champion balancing compliance internally and bringing
it under one roof since inception of the compliance program.
Interacted with respective stakeholders and arranged for the
