December 2015 Chair Report
Thank you for your service Drew. Moving forward I will be arranging the LAASC audit, tentatively it will be in Thief River
Falls on January 16th 2016. A reminder UMRNA is conducting their inventory in Jamestown on Feb 13th. This is the time
to see the results of the time, concern, and effort this body has spent discussing the Regional Committee. As always
thank you for participating in NA at this level and remember “allow progress.”
December 2015 H &I Report


New meeting at share house every 5 Wednesdays- “What is NA?” starts December 30th from 6pm-7pm.
Reporting for the H & I Clay County Jail Weekly Meeting:
Thursday – Nov 19th was the last day Anieta and I (Corinth) attended.
Thursday – Nov 26th was Thanksgiving, as we were told not to come.
Thursday – Dec 3rd no one was able to go including myself, due to my school schedule.
Thursday – Dec 10th, Anieta was sick and Kerry was not able to get off work in time.
We keep in touch with Miriam on a weekly basis as to what our intentions/plans are for attendance. She
welcomes any of us to come alone if we can’t get 2 to commit, but I last mentioned that it was our policy to
have at least 2 members in attendance to chair each meeting. She understands this.
The reading material that was last received is now gone from the table, which means people are using the
material. We do need meeting lists as they would like to have an idea what meetings to attend once they are



Phone line still needs to be activated. Jenn K. had trouble setting it up. Sly will help get it done by Monday
12-21-15.
Meeting lists for 1st quarters coming out January ASC with Grand Forks updates. All changes and updates
must be given to Jenn K. or Sarah G. by January 1st, 2016.
December's 2015 Secretary Report
Hello LAASC Members,
I would like to start off with thanking everyone for their time, service and hard work this year. We have done a lot of
business and I know I have learned a lot about the NA service structure, Area and Region. Seeing you guy's in action was
"AWESOME." Like warriors on the front line of the fight against addict. "Thank you". I'm so proud to a part of this, and
I'm excited to see what next year will bring.
With that said I would like you to tell me how I could improve the minutes for the upcoming year. Please bring this back
to your groups and see how I can better serve the groups and the area meeting.
I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.
Oh, I almost forgot, I can't wait to see everyone next month in Thief River Falls for the Area meeting their, Coffee and
cookies will be served and to have the meeting by the fire place will be awesome. See you there.

December's 2015 Area Activity Committee Report
Hi LAASC,
I am happy to say the planning for our January event has been going great. The only change in the bank
account is that we ordered our tee-shirts which will be for sale soon. Not much to report but we hope to
see everyone at Peace Lutheran Church on January 2nd and remember we are having a bake off with a
really cool prize.
On another note, I am stepping down as Area Activities Chair as I no longer meet the requirements for
the position. I do have a vice chair that I have talked to and will be getting everything to her. I enjoyed
putting on the Fall Banquet and planning for this event and hope a new chair is found soon.
