• Check site daily for means to optimize performance
• Review traffic, conversion and AOV metrics to understand opportunities
• Maintain and enhance site navigation paths such as search terms, flyouts, left
navigation and visual categories
• Assure products are in appropriate categories with correct images, titles and
descriptions
• Identify and react upon opportunities for category and product page enhancements
• Ensure that key desired products have high visibility on our site and are properly
promoted through other channels online
• Initiate weekly promotions; provide assets needed to create promotions, test deals
and troubleshoot errors

The Data Warehouse/BI Architect should be knowledgeable in all aspects of designing
and constructing data warehouses, operational data stores and data marts that enable
operational and management reporting, business analytics, predictive analytics.
Candidates for this position must be familiar with a variety of database design platforms
that are involved with the development and delivery of business intelligence projects.
Data modeling is an important skill as well. Candidates should be able to evaluate
necessary business requirements and find ways to implement new concepts and
initiatives based on analytic results. Creation of ETL and Cognos views are important
and documentation of all solutions and best-practices is an additional asset. Team
building and end-user knowledge will help a data warehouse employee prepare for any
possible contingencies. Employees may also be required to present specifications for
programming and new concepts for development upon request.










Data Warehousing or Information Management certifications a plus
Experience with flat files and mainframe/open system DBMS platforms

The ETL Developer position focuses on ETL design, development and support.
Responsible for ETL processes and tools as well as database loading and manipulation
to ensure that the data needs are met throughout the course of the projects and
production support. The developer will work to understand the business problems and
opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable
the organization to achieve its goals.




Design and implement Extract, Transformation and Load (ETL) processes,
programs and scripts.
Assist with design and implementation of data warehouses, planning applications

As a member of a dynamic wireless/mobility network planning and project team,
you will be required to provide strong intermediate level, and some advanced
level, wireless network engineering knowledge and skills, including wireless
network and solutions planning, management and support.
Assist your team members and other network engineering teams in planning,
configuration and management of various wireless networks to enable
wireless/mobile apps, devices, systems and services across several business
units.
Test and document wireless network and wireless systems connectivity,
