Chamber of Commerce Winter Promotion
“WILD ABOUT WINTER”
This year the Chamber of Commerce again is bringing you a multi-faceted
winter promotion.
Chamber members who have paid their marketing levy will be
automatically included in the promotion, with a pack delivered to you
in late June. The pack will include a window sticker, stamp & entry forms.
If you are out of the CBD or miss the drop off please call into Pink Poppies
top collect your pack by 30 June. The window decal that will be provided
will tell shoppers that you are in the promotion.
1. SHOP FOR ENTRY TO PRIZE DRAW
Promotion running Tuesday 1st July – Monday 28th July, rules will
come with your pack
Prizes to the value of $1600 will be provided by Chamber. Over 4
weeks there will be 4 prize winners each week. They will receive a
$100 voucher to be spent amongst the participating members.
Additionally provided by members there will 3 prizes in a major
draw: Drawn Monday July 28th.
Shoppers need to get 5 stamps to fill their entry. Spend $10 to earn
a stamp. Drop completed entries at the Border Post.
Entries lodged each week are eligible for that week’s draw and all
entries will go into the final weeks major prizes.
We are asking all marketing members to provide a prize/voucher to
the value of $50 to go towards the major prize draw, Maddie will
collect. There will be 3 prizes made up of these donations.

This is your opportunity to take part in a display that showcases
your business. Just pick the day that best suits your business and
call Maddie to arrange a booking. You will need to provide your own
table etc and set up.
WINTER PROMO 2014—COMPETITION RULES FOR ENTRY
1. Competition is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over
2. Earn 5 stamps to complete your entry form. Spend $10 to earn a stamp
3. Entry must be completed on a valid entry form and placed in the entry
box at Border Post
4. You can enter as many times as you like
5. Participating business owners are not eligible to enter but your staff may
enter by making purchases at any other participating business other
than their place of employment.
5. Competition closes at 2pm on Monday 28 July
6. Weekly winners will be decided at a draw and eligible winners must
meet all the requirements under the terms and conditions of entry.
Organisers take no responsibility for lost, stolen or illegible entry forms
7. Winners don’t have to be present at the prize draws to win
8. Winners will be contacted by phone and details published in the Border
post and posted on Stanthorpe Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
Winners must produce suitable photographic ID to claim their prize.
9. Prize vouchers are to be spent by August 30, 2014 at any of the
participating business & aren’t redeemable for cash.
10. Business owners will seek re-imbursement from the Stanthorpe
Chamber of Commerce by providing a tax invoice and the winners
voucher.
11. Winning $100 Prize vouchers must be spent in one business
RULES FOR DECORATED “WILD ABOUT WINTER” WINDOW
1. Entry is open to all Chamber of Commerce members and marketing
members in the CBD.
2. There is no fee to enter.
3. Display is to have a Winter theme.
4. To be eligible the window display must be created by Tuesday 1st July.
5. An independent judging panel will be appointed to select the 2 winners.
6. Judging will take place during July prior to Thursday the 10th July.
7. Winners will be announced on the final day of activities in the piazza on
Friday the 11th July
