The following candidates join the Super specialty Post Graduate courses on the dates
noted against their names in this college selected under State Entrance Quota and In-service
Quota for the academic year 2015-16 batch commencing from 01-08-2015, under Rajiv Gandhi
University of Health Sciences, Bangalore (Final list).
The Head of the departments are requested to issue further postings on rotation basis to
all the units including Bowring & Lady Curzon Hospital for a period of 3 Months per unit.
The last date for submission of synopsis to this college office on or before 31-12-2015
and the last date for submission of dissertation to the college office on or before 31-12-2017.

1. The concerned HODs are requested to maintain the Attendance Register in respect of
students and send their Attendance Extract on 1st of every month regularly to the
undersigned.
2. The PG students are entitled to avail one day CL after completion of one month postings.
3. The PG students are not entitled to avail more than 2 days CL in a month, and
accumulated leave including General Holidays.
4. The PG students are entitled for 12 days CL, 10 CCL in lieu of General Holidays, clinical
and Para-clinical departments only.
5. Every PG student should obtain prior permission to avail any kind of leave from his or
her HODs. The CL & CCL Account should be maintained in their respective
departments strictly.
6. The Head of the departments are also requested to allot the subject of the Thesis to the
M.Ch/DM Post Graduate students and obtain the Dissertation registration forms
forwarded the same, duly filled in and signed to the undersigned on or before 30-092015.
7. All the Post Graduate M.Ch/DM students to present atleast one poster, one paper
presentation at state / national level conferences and minimum one original research work
for publications/ accepatance by indexed journals, Without publication the students will
not be eligible for taking up Post Graduate examination. The professor, Unit Heads and
HOD’s are requested to get involved in Post Graduate research and encourage.
