6.2 Reproduction GN Ven Diagram Example
This is an example of the Ven Diagram and the paragraphs you are supposed to
write for the 6.2 Reproduction Guided Notes assignments. You need to put every
trait that the two organisms share in the similarities column. Traits that only one of
the two organisms have go in the differences column. Then write a paragraph about
their similarities and then write a paragraph about the differences

Similarities Paragraph
Humans and strawberry runners have many similarities. Both humans and
strawberry runners are multicellular organisms. This means that their cells work
together to form tissues. All multi-cellular organisms are also eukaryotic. This
means that both humans and Strawberry plants store their DNA in the form of
chromosomes in their nucleus. The nucleus is not the only organelle the Strawberry
runner and humans have. They both have other organelles like mitochondria,
ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum and the golgi body.
Differences Paragraph
Humans and the strawberry runner plants also have many differences. For example,
humans reproduce sexually and strawberry runner plants reproduce asexually.
This means that humans use gametes that come from 2 different parents while the
strawberry runner plant does not use gametes and only has one parent. Both
Humans and strawberry runners are eukaryotic which means they have organelles,
but they don’t have the same organelles. Humans are animals so they have
lysosomes in their cells. Strawberry runners also have organelles, but strawberry
lrunners are plants. Plants have chloroplasts, a large vacuole, and a cell wall. Just
like plants, animals have special organelles that plants don’t have. Human’s have
lysosomes and the strawberry runners do not have lysosomes.
