INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF HYDERABAD AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITY PROGRAMME SEMESTER II 2013-2014 SECONDARY SCHOOL Dear Parents and Students, Continuing on from previous successful practices, I am pleased to introduce to you a comprehensive list of excellent After School Activity (ASA) options for semester II 2013-14. The activities will commence on Monday 27 January and will continue until and including Wednesday 16 April. There will be activities on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 14.45 to 15.45 p.m. at which time the buses will depart. This ASA programme is optional and we look forward to seeing your child take part in as many artistic, healthy and active activities as possible. The Saturday Morning Sports Programme (SMSP) will also be offered starting Saturday 3 February. A separate signup will be issued for this programme. Parents interested in helping out or sponsoring an activity such as Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, Football, Swimming or indeed any other activity, please contact me (Mike Hancock) on my details below. As always, we look forward to seeing your child take part in as many artistic, healthy and active activities as possible. Please note that: ● It will not be possible to switch between ISH ASAs once the programme is underway. ● Students who miss two days of an ASA without a valid note will be dropped from the activity. Students on waiting list for activity will be added. The application form is also a permission slip and must be signed by a parent or guardian. As you will see on the list of activities there are maximum numbers for all activities. For this reason it is in your best interest to list a first and second choice activity for each day in case your first choice is full. If more children register for an activity than numbers permit then the spots will be determined by a lottery. Completed, signed forms must be returned to Mr. Mike Hancock-- no later than Thursday 16 January 2014 at 3:00 p.m I encourage you to return the form via the e-mail address below. I will of course accept hard paper version. Late forms will be treated as such.
