Ph: 3851 0043
Mob: 0488 041 108
Operating Times: 7.00am to 6.00pm
Daily Fee: Permanent - $36.00 per child - Casual : $41.00 per child
Additional Fees as listed in Daily Program
Workplace, Health & Safety Regulations require children to wear closed
shoes such as runners to OSHC at all times. Children will not be permitted to
participate in a variety of activities if they are not wearing appropriate footwear.
Also, our Sun Safety Policy requires children to wear a hat with a reasonable
brim for protection against the sun. Caps may be very popular with children;
however, they do not provide sufficient protection. The centre enforces the
rule of No Hat, No Outdoor Play, so please ensure that your children have
appropriate clothing and footwear so that they may participate in all of the great
activities that we offer. The centre provides children with SPF 50 polo shirts
& bucket hats to wear on excursions (for sun protection & identification).
Any hats lost will be charged to parents accounts at a cost of $10.00.
We ask that MP3 players, IPods etc., are not brought to the centre. Mobile
phones brought into the centre must be handed into the office & collected
when children are going home, they are not to be used throughout the day.
Morning & Afternoon Tea is provided on most days during Vacation Care,
except on excursion days when we provide lunch & children bring their
own Morning & Afternoon Tea. As we have children with severe nut
allergies (not just peanuts), we ask that parents consider this when
choosing food for lunch boxes. We ask that parents limit lunchbox treats
to one treat for the day, and provide nutritious food that does not require
heating, as in accordance with the Food Safety Act, we are unable to reheat
food brought from home. The centre does not have refrigeration space for
lunch boxes, so an alternative could be to pack a frozen waterbottle, or
popper/ice pack in lunches to keep them cool. Another suggestion is to
freeze a tub of yoghurt which will then be defrosted in time for to eat for
lunch. If you have any questions, please contact the centre.
Due to the extra cost of staffing, all children booked in on Excursion Days
will attend the excursion. There will not be any Staff remaining at the
centre on those days. It is essential that children arrive at least 30mins
before departure time, so that we may explain safety procedures etc.
