Students are engaged in the key topics of “why” companies invest in development of their employees and what’s the HR best practice on “how” to do it. Students will realize how they can accelerate their own personal careers in the corporate environment by using variety of development options. For HRM students: Learn how Learning & Development output fits bigger picture of HR department and firm strategy. Know what is happening “behind the scenes” of corporate people development. For students interested in L&D: Learn about different activities performed by L&D team, job specifics and situations with internal and external clients.
