Funding for these purchases will be covered through the Chief Academic Office (CAO) budget for SY2013-2014. This document contains 5 sections: Middle Schools Only A. Part I- 8th Grade Certificate Data High Schools Only B. Part II - Graduation Coordinator Contact Data C. Part III - Graduation Materials D. Part IV - Verbiage for Graduation Tickets and Announcements School Instructions: Schools need to return this form as an email attachment to Patricia Harris (PGHarris@bcps.k12.md.us) by March 14, 2014. Please note the following: 1. All items requested will be delivered to schools on or about the April - May time frame. The exact date is dependent upon the timely completion of this form by schools. 2. Additional items or changes requested to this ordering form will not be accepted. 3. Schools opting to print their own Commencement programs need to use the proper “Official Page” for City Schools. This list will be sent to a print shop to be inserted into your draft Commencement Program template. It will then be sent to the above assigned graduate Coordinator at a later date for editing, at which time non-graduates can be removed from the draft template.
