Canterbury buildnz designex 2016 – Made in Germany Pavillion Registration Event objectives Canterbury buildnz | designex is the ultimate event for all those associated with the building, design and interiors industries in New Zealand. Many facets of the construction industry, along with a large selection of design, interiors, textiles and lighting are conveniently under the one roof. Our objectives are: To create an environment for German suppliers which is informative and conducive to doing constructive business To create awareness of high quality German product options to NZ business via direct contact Strengthen trade relations and access to market This will be achieved through: Pre-aftershow marketing campaigns: ◦ NZGBA Newsletter ◦ Presentation German Pavilion on NZGBA website incl. presentation of co-exhibitors ◦ E-mailing to contacts in architecture, building industry, design, governmental institutions, associations ◦ Press releases Meetings with industry partners Networking event Event format Build NZ Canterbury 2016 will take place from Thursday 4th August to Saturday 6th August 2016. The exhibition opens from 9am – 5pm. on Thur/Fri and from 9am – 3pm on Saturday. German Pavilion The German Pavilion will be prominently located in the centre of the arena crossing over the main boulevard. The pavilion will incorporate/provide: Highly visible “made in Germany” branding with a signage above the German Pavilion Space for each exhibitor to present products Panels, carpet, power plug, basic lighting Networking event Support with planning, pre-marketing, and research Optional: furniture, printings, etc. (additional costs will apply) The advantages of exhibiting at the German joint pavilion: Increase of awareness level Synergetic effects Minimising expenditure of time and risk Reduced stand and exhibitor fees Networking function There will be a networking event at the German Pavilion. Due to our financial commitments with XPO we require an initial non-refundable deposit after signing the registration form of 35%. The 2nd instalment of 30% is due no later than the 20th Feb 2016 and the final payment must be in by the 20th May 2016. We will invoice you accordingly. The stand is only guaranteed after receipt of the deposit payment. 100% cancellation fee will apply after 20th May 2016.
