The footprint of this large kitchen was once the combination of a small,
impractical kitchen, an underused bedroom and a run-down bath. The walls
came down to accommodate the homeowners’ every wish: An expansive,
custom kitchen perfect for cooking, eating, entertaining and managing an
active family life. This gorgeous “cook’s kitchen” is now open, efficient and
filled with exquisite detail and original design.
Features at-a-glance:

14′ zinc island features a prep sink in the center complete with a
custom-built drain board for washing produce, etc.

Custom milk glass chandeliers

Bespoke terracotta tile above the range is an original focal point

Instead of glass, perforated metal sheets are inserted into cabinet
doors subtly repeating the tile design,
and making the doors feel
lighter without showing cluttered displays

Custom painted cabinets in unique color palette of taupe, mustard and
off white
