1. Must understand and identify with the aims and ethos of this organisation.
2. Must be committed to the safety and care of children.
3. Must be committed to their own growth and development as a Team Member, and subsequently undertake required training.
4. Have a current Blue Card
5. Undertake Child Safety Training
6. Must be a member of a Church (approved by the Whitehill Leadership team)
7. Have a understanding of the QCSA By-Laws
1. To read, understand and agree to abide by the guidelines in the ChildSafe Team Members Pocket Guide .
2. To undertake training where appropriate.
3. To work as part of a team of committed people for the purpose of the program.
4. To ensure that high standards are kept within the program (safety, hygiene, care of equipment, conduct of leaders)
5. To be accountable to Whitehill Church of Christ.
6. Be available to attend QCSA and Ipswich Zone meetings.
7. Be available to attend club sign on’s.
8. Set down guidelines and make recommendations for the smooth operation of Whitehill Soccer.
9. Writes end of Year Reports.
10. Be available to attend Discipline meetings.
11. Has a direct involvement will all teams (eg attend games/training)
12. Undertake Coaching training with Whitehill Soccer Coaches.
13. Ensure all teams have a Coach/Manager.
14. Ensure all teams have appropriate training location.
E LECTION OF C OACH L IAISONS O FFICER
The Coach Liaisons Officer shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting in each year and who shall hold office until:
* The conclusion of the next succeeding Annual General Meeting or;
* The Coach Liaisons Officer prior resignation.
Resignation
The Coach Liaisons Officer may resign from the Whitehill Soccer at any time upon:
* Giving one (1) months' notice in writing to the Secretary; and
* The resignation being accepted by the Whitehill Church of Christ
