A prayer idea…
Now the evenings are so much darker, how about inviting a Friend round? One evening when
you’re on your own, make sure the place is clean & tidy, and arrange some comfy chairs for
the two of you. When you’re ready, invite the Lord Jesus to join you, and picture him sitting in
the other chair…
How do you feel? What do you want to say or do? You can be totally honest with him – about
yourself, your hopes & fears, your thoughts & feelings…
What does he say or do? You might also want to talk to him about those you care about, and
about people in pain…
Remember, he’s got all the time in the world!
