PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Mr. Beluzán is a Civil Engineer in Mining from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile. He has 10
years of professional experience and has mainly worked in the Geological Resource Estimation
area. He began his career as a consultant at Mine Development Associates (MDA) in Reno, USA,
and later relocated to Chile to work for SRK, where he worked on resource estimation projects for
Fe, Cu, Au, Ag and Limestone deposits, such as Proyecto Ester, Carmen Paulina, Los Calatos Peru,
Las Mollacas, Talcuna, Patricia, Cielo Azul in Uruguay, Elisa, Coeur S.A, and others. He led the
resource estimation project during the feasibility stage of Dominga Norte and Dominga Sur. He has
conducted audits on databases and resource estimations, as well as on the design and planning of
mining projects. He has taught training courses on the Surpac software, which he has been using
for approximately 12 years. He also has experience with other software, such as Gemcom, Isatis,
Minesched and GSLIB. He worked in the Geology area at SRK, complementing his geostatistical and
mining knowledge with Geology through Resource and Reserves Estimation and Classification
processes. Mr. Beluzán is a certified Persona Competente (Qualified Person) in Chilean Mining
Resources and Reserves, Code CH 20235, Register No. 0215. In December, 2014, he became
Executive Director of Marco Alfaro Consultores.
