The Xxxxx Family Mission Statement
As a family we will strive to first strengthen our relationship with Christ. Second, strengthen our
relationship with one another. Third, strengthen our relationship with our extended family and friends.
We will strengthen our relationship with Christ by:
 Conducting family home evening every Monday night
 Having a family prayer every night
 Supporting each other in our callings


Conducting personal and family scripture study
Trying to maintain Christ-like behavior in all that we do
We will strengthen our relationships with each other by:
 Having a family meal together once a day
 Speaking kind words to one another
 Supporting each other in our activities and talents
 Sharing household responsibilities
 Finding creative ways to serve one another/spend time with each other
We will strengthen our relationships with extended family and friends by:
 Finding creative ways to keep in contact with loved ones not near
 Finding ways to get involved with the community
 Getting involved with service activities
 Planning recreational activities for friends and neighbors
 Speaking kind words
Our number one priority is to strive to be better disciples of Christ. He will always come first in eyes of
our family. As we strive to be obedient and follow his commandments we will strive to build loving
relationships with our family and friends. Our home will be a place filled with the Holy Ghost. We will
base our lives around consideration, love and service.
