SHOW CONDUCTED RAIN OR SHINE - ALL JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL - ABRA CLASSES DOUBLE JUDGED
 Jr. Horses and Ponies are 5 yrs and under, Sr. Horses and Ponies are 6 years and over.
 All 12 & Under classes will be shown in all three gaits.
 If you enter a canter class, you cannot enter classes 53 and 76 in that discipline.
 Secured helmets and shirts with collars and sleeves are require for classes 93-109
 ABRA classes are ruled by the ABRA Rule book, Open classes are ruled by the POA rule book.
 All pets must be kept on a leash at all times. City of Conyers Ordinance. Pets are not allowed inside restrooms.
 GIHP requires a minimum of 2 bags of shavings per stall. Bring your own or order and pay by credit card through
Queen Shavings at 770-860-9111 or 678-416-1424 or at the show grounds at Queen Shavings Building.

PAYMENT is Open Check or payment in full at sign up. If check is not closed out at end of day what we show will
be deemed correct and check will be filled in accordingly. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SCRATCH/ADD Changes must be accomplished 2 classes prior to the class that is scratched or added. This
MUST be done at the show office. You will be charged for classes scratched without following this procedure .

International Horse Park in the event of any such liability or responsibility to any owner, lessee,
trainer, agent, employee, rider/driver, or any other person representing the same in case of accident,
loss or injury in any way connected with the show. WARNING: Under Georgia Law, an equine activity
sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in activities
resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities, pursuant to Chapter 12 of Title 4 of the Official
Georgia Annotated. SIGNATURE BELOW INDICATES THAT THE WAIVER AND WARNING HAVE
BEEN READ AND UNDERSTOOD. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR
EVENT WITHOUT THIS SIGNATURE.
