The Blessed Trinity Junior Titan Football program provides middle school students the opportunity to develop
football skills and fundamentals, compete at a high level and learn valuable life lessons inherent in the game of
football: commitment, teamwork, sacrifice, character, accountability and sportsmanship.
The varsity program had a very successful year in 2012 with a 9-3 record, a Top Ten ranking in Division AAA, and
Varsity head coach Tim McFarlin selected at the AAA Coach of the Year. Coach McFarlin is committed to
developing a high caliber junior program at Blessed Trinity, “The Junior Titan Football program is critical to the long
term success of our Varsity Program. At every level of our program, we are committed to our student-athlete’s
faith formation, academic excellence and athletic achievement. This commitment to excellence and achievement
provides a smooth transition for the student athlete from the middle school program to the varsity program. If
you are considering Blessed Trinity for high school, I encourage you to register and get involved with our junior
football program and the Blessed Trinity Football Family.”
The Junior Titans are accepting registrations for the 2013 fall season and spring football practice on Sunday,
January 20 and Sunday, January 27, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Athletic Field House on the Blessed Trinity
campus in Roswell. Registration is open to all rising 6th, 7th and 8th graders interested in attending Blessed Trinity
Catholic High School. The Junior Titan football program will field competitive 6th, 7th and 8th grade teams this fall.
The registration fee for the 2013 fall season is $400 per player for the 8th grade team and $300 for the 7th and 6th
grade teams. Registration on the 8th grade football team includes the 2013 application fee for entering Blessed
Trinity in the 9th grade. Registration fee covers spring practice, a practice package of spirit wear and all costs of
participation in the regular season.
Required consent, registration and physical forms are available at Blessed Trinity High School website
(www.btcatholic.org) on the “Forms and Physical” page under “Athletics” and will be available at registration as
well.
Spring practice will be run by the Junior Titan coaches as well as varsity head coach, Tim McFarlin and his staff on
February 18 through February 21 from 5:30PM to 7:00PM at the Blessed Trinity campus. All current 5th, 6th and
7th graders interested in playing football next year are encouraged to attend. The purpose of spring practice is to
welcome back returning Junior Titan families and invite new families to our Blessed Trinity Football Family for the
upcoming 2013 season with an instructional and fun football experience.
