Women’s Premier League Coach Vince Hall has been appointed as Senior Coach of the Women’s Premier League Clarence United 2014 Vince (Vinnie) has an enthusiasm and passion for coaching, providing a supportive and encouraging environment for all. His aim is allow each athlete to gain some recognition, learn Football skills and be actively involved in all aspects of the club. He will achieve this by the implementing and reinforcing the values and behaviours of fun, learning, skill, team work and friendship. He also aims to give recognition and support to each athlete. With good planning and preparation he believes that the WLP team’s can be very competitive in 2014. Vince has been actively involved with women’s football at Clarence United for a number of years, and has had coaching roles with WPL, Reserve, U16’s and U13 teams. He has also coached at State, Regional levels and 3 girls National Futsal Championships. Vince has recently completed his Community Senior Football Licence and attended the 2013 Coaching conference that has updated his knowledge in aspect to FFA National Curriculum and current training practices. He believes that the senior club coaching position, whilst focused on the performance of the PL team, has a role and responsibility to develop and maintain a program inclusive of all teams and age groups for the future success of the club. He is looking forward to fulfilling the WPL coaching position and the challenges in 2014.
