ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNER GOAL: All limited-English proficient students will gain at least, one proficiency level each year in reading and mathematics as measured by a CA Language Proficiency Assessment. English learners receive increased opportunities to enroll in more advanced courses, leading to college and career readiness.
