Communications Manager: Job description
In our 10th anniversary year, the Clore Leadership Programme is creating a
new post for an experienced Communications Manager
Background
By investing in individuals, we aim to strengthen leadership across a wide range of

Since it was first established ten years ago, the Clore Leadership Programme has
been a pioneer in leadership development, a source of expert advice and an
inspirational example for other initiatives in the UK and beyond.
Initiated by the Clore Duffield Foundation, and sustained by the Foundation's
generous support, and that of many other funders, the Clore Leadership Programme
is the UK's first cross-disciplinary leadership programme for the cultural and creative
sector.
The Programme was established as an independent organisation in 2004 and
focused initially on a Fellowship Programme, aimed at shaping creative leaders
through in-depth learning, and tailored as far as possible to the needs, aspirations
and circumstances of between 20 and 30 individuals a year. Over the last 10 years,

Created consortia of large-scale national cultural organisations, to support the
