Profile
I am a freelance translator fluent in English and Japanese. My translation service is focused on providing my client with
ready-to-be-used translation solutions. I use CAT tool (SDL Trados) for localization and to retain format and layouts of
original documents so that my client require minimum or no editing for my translations. I am currently taking a course
on legal translation and expanding my knowledge in the Japanese legal system. I lived half of my life in Japan and the
other half in Australia. The learning experience gave me a unique insight to Western and Asian cultures and languages.
My translations flow natural in English and Japanese and they accurately reflect the intended meaning of the original
text. I also can translate with an understanding of technical and financial documents due to my academic background in
Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Business Management. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books on
Greek History, Politics and Social Science.
