2. T-shirts are in for those who haven’t gotten theirs, we will
bring them to you during your class meetings
3. Long sleeve shirts should be here by next Tuesday, will
email the cost once it is solidified
D. Finances Board – James Ewing
1. The new organizations are going really well
2. New org deadline is January 29th
E. Spiritual Life Board – Jonah Fox
1. Reaching Out is required and will be April 2nd
2. Board will be working on a prayer calendar
F. Public Relations Board – Alex Kown
1. New ideas coming for the presidents, working on ways for
the student body to get to know Senate
2. Looking to have more informal events
3. SGA twitter will be used more actively

1. Working on scheduling meetings

1. Spoke with chemistry department and they are extremely
interested
C. P2 Update – Alex Kown
1. Met with Dr. B to learn how to reduce campus’ carbon
footprint
2. Setting up a meeting with Dr. Theodore
3. Working with different organizations to do an environment
appreciation week
4. If anyone is interested in the environmental concerns
committee let Alex know
D. Election Schedule – Spencer Sims
1. Exec cab and SBP apps go out January 25th
2. New senate positions come out February 29th
VI. Open Floor
A. James Ewing – Wondering if breakfast could be served at Chickfil-A on campus
1. Pro: Danny Kown – Chick-fil-A breakfast is awesome!
2. Con: Tyler Baker – Concerned about staff and having to pay
for more workers
3. Point of clarification: Tiffany Wurdemann – They have to
see the need before they will do breakfast. Worth researching
but not sure what the number is to consider having it.

5. Brittany Read is taking over bill
B. Kayla Headley – Saw a lot of complaints about the library on
student speak. Charging sophomore class to pick this back up.
C. Kirstie Wallace – I have a list of ideas for senate to look at and
start researching on

printer points and cru cash/dining dollars
