Dr. Stern earned a BS in biology from George Washington

University in 2003. He earned his DVM from Atlantic

Veterinary College in 2007, and he finished a veterinary anatomic pathology residency at Oklahoma State University in 2010. He is a diplomat of the American College of

Veterinary Pathologists and a certified medical investigator and forensic consultant thru the American College of

Dr. Stern's research and interests are focused on advancing the field of forensic veterinary pathology. Indian Council of Agriculture Research entrance examination to obtain a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and joined the Indian Veterinary Research Institute to study pathology in 1999. However, in 2000, Dr. Singh left that program to pursue a master's degree in pathology at Utrecht

University in The Netherlands. There he worked on canine senior senile dementia of Alzheimer type. In 2002 Dr. Singh moved to Oklahoma State

University to fulfill a residency in anatomic pathology. Dr. Singh completed a

PhD in pathology in 2008 in a laboratory focused on bovine respiratory disease complex under the guidance of Dr. Anthony Confer.
