Quarter 1:
Memorization of: - surat Al-Alaq.
Review of
- surat At-Takathur.
- surat Al-Humazah.
- surat An-Naas.
Quarter 2:
Memorization of: - Surat Ash-Shams.
Review:
- Surat Al-Qariah.
- Surat Al-Ikhlaas.
- Surat Az-Zalzalah.
Quarter 3:
Memorization of
Review:
Quarter 4:
Memorization of: - Surat Ad-Dhuha.
- Surat Ash-Sharh.
Review of:
- Surah Al-Maoon.
- Surah Al-Falaq.
Goal: By the end of kindergarten the students will memorize the
following surahs mastering the makharij of letters, and will be
introduced to the proper tajweed rules while memorizing:
Al-Humazah, At-Takathur-Az-Zalzalah, Al-Qariah, Al-Adiyaat,AdDhuha,At-Teen,and Ash-Sharh.
Kindergarten Quraan Reading
Quarter 1:
- Review the Arabic Alphabets ‫أ – ي‬
- Learn the alphabets in the connecting forms
- Learn the short vowel (a) “Fathah” ‫فتحة‬
- Learn to read three connected letters with
“Fathah”
Quarter 2:
- Learn the short vowel (i) “Kasrah” ‫كسرة‬.
- Learn to read three letter-words connected with
“Kasrah”.
- Learn to read three –letter words with mixed
vowels (fathah + kasrah).
- Learn the short vowel (o) “Dhammah” ‫ضمة‬
- Learn to read short words with mixed short
vowels.
Quarter 3:
-Learn the long vowel (A) ‫مد طبيعي باأللف‬
- Learn to read bigger words with short vowels and
long vowel A.
- Learn the long vowel (I) with (‫)ي‬.
- Practice reading words of four and five letters with
short and long A & I.
Quarter 4:
- Learn the long vowel (o) ‫و‬.
- Learn to read words of five or more letters with
both short and long vowels.
- Practice reading with all the vowels.
