Because WE Succeed is designed as an intensive, short-term program it’s important
for you to enter the program with some goals in mind and to have some awareness of
how to create a strategic plan for achieving those goals.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Participants are expected to attend all sessions and phone calls. Session times
will be set to best accommodate the needs of each group. The initial session will
be 4.5 hours and subsequent sessions will be 2 hours.
 Group A Sessions on Tuesdays - Sept. 24, Oct. 8, Oct. 22, Nov. 5, Nov. 19 and
Dec. 3
 Group B Sessions on Wednesdays - Sept. 18, Oct. 2, Oct. 16, Oct. 30, Nov. 13
and Dec. 4
 Bi-weekly phone conversations with accountability partner during non-session
weeks
 Monthly individual phone coaching sessions up to ½ hour each

TUITION
Tuition for each participant is $1,800 and is due in full by September 9, 2013
unless arrangements have been made to pay in installments. Tuition is non
refundable.
