Offer several intervention opportunities throughout the year.

Focus: (Goal # 1)
In the area of Gap Closing - All students will meet their proficiency goals of 82.5% in Mathematics,
except IEP students and LEP students, which will increase by 10% for Spring of 2015 as indicated on
the PARCC EOY Assessment.
Actions:
Mid Year Check:
All Teachers intentionally teach Math first thing
in the morning session.
Master Schedule and Lesson Plans reflect that
this is occurring daily.
Continue to Implement Guided Math- Specific
teaching and learning based on skills in a small
group/individual setting.

Possible Instructional Rounds in Spring 2015
During E&I Time, Teachers will utilize STAR
Instructional Planning Reports and Formative
Assessments (Exit Tickets) to Identify Individual
Areas of Need.

Graphed during TBT Meetings.

Results we expect:
